昨日、一昨日と市ヶ谷で明海大学臨床教授の田端義雄先生の総義歯の研修を受講しました。インプラント全盛といった感がありますがうちの医院にはまだまだ多くの総義歯の患者さんがいらっしゃりどの方々もかなり難しいお口なのでやりがいがあります。お昼の休憩時間に近所の靖国神社に行き遊就館に大好きな零戦を見に行ってきました、やっぱりいいですね〜零戦は！

昨夜は松戸歯科医師会のスタディグループ金曜会の取材に行きました。取材というのは歯科医師会の会員向けの小冊子を作ったり一般の方々へ歯科情報をお知らせする広報委員会に僕が所属しており記事を書く為なんです。広報委員会は関東一円に展開する大伸会グループ代表で同じ歳でサーフィン仲間の三国君やメディアでも活躍中のしらゆり歯科の功刀さんが一緒でそれぞれ違う立場の歯科医同士良い刺激を受けながら楽しく活動しています。昨夜の話題もやはり愛知のインプラントの事件でした。

今日は代官山にある若林歯科に見学に行きました。院長の若林健史先生は歯周病専門医として著名な方ですが腕前はもちろんですがとにかく患者さんへの対応が素晴らしくお邪魔する度にとても勉強になります。もちろんスタッフの方たちもですが、我が医院のスタッフも度々見学させて頂いてます。昨日は難しいインプラントのオペを何症例か見せて頂きました。患者さんとのお話しも聞かせて頂きましたがやはり皆様インプラントを希望される方が多いようでした。やはり入れ歯は嫌ですもんね。

は新年最初の全体ミィーティングを行いました。僕からは皆にあらためて医院の方針を認識してもらうよう話しました。悪い箇所だけ治療して終わりでなくきちんと検査をしてメンテナンスまでの流れを構築し提供できる医院を目指すという事ですが道は険しいのが現実です、その事も皆に理解してもらいひとつひとつできる事からやって行こうと話しました。そこまで話せば理解の早いスタッフなのであっという間に具体的な目標がどんどん出て来て有意義な時間となりました。

当医院は夜間診療はやっていないので６時過ぎには少しずつ夜の掃除が始まります。僕の担当は掃除機とトイレなのですが1日が終わった〜って感じで妙に気持が落ち着きます、さっきも衛生士の沼田から掃除機を奪ってしっかり掃除してきました。

こんな記事が出てましたよ〜どうなんでしょうかね？こんな話しを思い出しました、むかーしむかーし沢山のボウリング場がありましたとさ。あまりに増えた為1ゲームの値段を競争して下げたとさ、そしてほとんどが潰れたとさ、値段下げせずそのぶんお客さんが減ってもいつもレーンをピカピカにしてサービスを変えなかったボウリング場は今でも残ってるとさ(笑)

先日日本歯科の同級生の勉強会に参加してきました。昔からはこの光景は想像もつきませんが皆それぞれの医院をもってなかなか難しい症例が有り真剣なディスカッションになります。僕以外のメンバーは皆都心での開業なので来院する方のニーズが微妙に松戸とは違って羨ましいやらストレス溜まりそうだったり複雑な心境になります。

いよいよ診療開始です！うちの医院では1日３回打ち合わせがありますが昼間は３０分かけて行っています。初日なのでスタッフ全員に今年の抱負を話してもらいました。皆今年もやる気満々で頼もしい限りです！

伊豆も沢山のサーフィンのポイントがありますが下田方面から来て最後のポイントが湯河原の吉浜海岸になります。残念ながらサーフィンするほどの波が無いのでこれから医院に戻り明日からの診療の準備をしようと思います。今回の旅行の相棒はなんとCD無しでカセットとラジオというポンコツ車ですが偶然20年前のテープが出て来てビックリ大好きだったチャカカーンでした楽しいドライブになりそうです！

皆さんあけましておめでとうございます、今年も宜しくお願いします。今伊豆の伊東に来ています。波のほうはさっぱりですが中学高校の同級生でヨガスタジオを全国で展開しているチャマこと相澤くんの伊豆高原のスタジオに遊びに行き昔話で盛り上がり楽しい時間を過ごしました。
